GMP Private Client is a full-service investment dealer, offering a
comprehensive selection of investment products. These include
traditional products such as government and corporate bonds,
preferred shares, Canadian, U.S., and international equities,
mutual funds, and options.
In addition, we offer a variety of unique investment opportunities typically not available to individual investors, including:

Types of Accounts
You can choose from a number of traditional transaction-based accounts or our Signature
Investment Series of fee-based accounts. All accounts are available for both registered and
non-registered investing.
Transaction-based accounts
We offer a full range of traditional brokerage accounts
(cash, margin, and options). Fees are charged per transaction, along with a modest
annual administration fee.
Fee-based accounts
Our fee-based investment accounts, collectively called the Signature
Investment Series, provide you with the certainty of a pre-determined management fee, a
complete range of investment choices, and access to some of the world's leading money
managers:
Signature Asset Management Account. With one annual fee that you determine with
your Advisor, this flexible transactional account lets you execute trades without having
to worry about paying for each trade.
Signature Separately Managed Account. A comprehensive investment program
customized by you and your Advisor, this account provides access to top-quality
institutional investment managers across a complete range of manager mandates,
regions, asset classes, and investment styles.
Signature Portfolio Managed Account. This account provides your Advisor with
the authority to make investment decisions on your behalf, based on well-defined
guidelines outlined in your investment policy statement.
